Insolvency Manager / Senior Manager. Up To $160K
Manage most aspects of medium to high profile receiverships. A portion of your role will be conducting advisory work, such as expert witness reports and solvent / pre lend reviews of companies in the mining industry.
It is expected that you will be ready to move towards a salary partner’s role within 18 months. National firm expects that you have 7 plus years experience and are CA qualified.

Insolvency Manager. $130 – 105K + Bonuses. Directorship?
Take carriage of large scale receiverships with turnovers of up to $100M and liaise with a range of key stake holders and secured lenders. Move towards Directorship within 12 months and manage a team of up to 10 staff.
The firm is about to enter a very busy period and has recently secured several large restructuring jobs and administrations. The option is available to be seconded for a six month period to one of the big 4 banks within there credit restructuring department.
This big 4 firm have several young partners at the helm, resulting in a young outgoing culture. Ideally you will have experience taking carriage of large scale matters and have completed your CA qualifications.

Corporate Recovery - Director to Senior. $200 – 75K Secured Work?
Provide a broad range of corporate recovery and advisory expertise to a variety of high profile clients including listed ASX companies from a range of industries. Work on formal insolvencies, diagnostic reports, and corporate turnarounds and assist in bank advisory; for a range of syndicated and bilateral secured lenders and other stakeholders.
This leading specialist firm is about to enter a very busy period and has recently secured several large administrations. Consequently, they are looking for to fill several opportunities up to Director. Ideally you will be CA qualified and have 3+ years experience in a Big4 or CA firm.

Insolvency Manager. $130 – 105K Director?
Work alongside the appointee on large scale engagements and assist with the planning, control of staff and formulation of strategies. Currently they are looking to grow the restructuring arm of the practice which will see you move to Insolvency Director within 12 months.
Manage a team of 6 insolvency staff and control fieldwork on medium engagements, investigations and brief the appointee. You will be given the opportunity to be seconded to a big 4 bank for a 6 month period in there credit restructuring department and market the firms services.
This big 4 firm expects that you have at least 7 years Insolvency experience and are CA qualified. They are also willing to accommodate Managers wishing to become a Registered / Official Liquidator.

- Move towards Directorship within a reasonable time frame
- Lead a pool of staff
- Variety of appointments such as, trading administrations and receiverships
- Assist the Partners with formulating strategies for several large scale administrations
- Conduct work outside of formal appointments such as, Advisory and Pre-lend reviews
- National insolvency firm
- CA qualified & at least 4 years insolvency experience

Have control of all aspects of small & medium corporate engagements and a team of 4 staff. Assist the Senior Partner in formulation strategies for large scale engagements. Within 18 months you will progress to a Senior Managers role.
A large portion of your work will be from secured creditors. At least twenty percent of your time will be spent on advisory work such as pre lend reviews and solvent reports on behalf of the big 4 banks.
This national firm expects that you have over 6 years insolvency experience and are CA / CPA qualified.

Report directly to the partnership and manage a team of 10 staff. Apart from formal appointments you will be involved with in informal advisory matters including pre-loan reviews, investigating accountant reviews, solvency reports and expert witness reports.
